You are cordially invited to attend The Eagle Scout Court of Honor For Samuel Patschull 103rd Eagle Scout for Troop 22 Sunday, April 7, 2019 At 2:00 p.m. Good Shepherd Lutheran Church 4141 Mormon Coulee Road La Crosse WI Reception following Ceremony
Tomorrow 3/5/19 is the pancake supper at the church. We need as much help as possible from 4-8 to make this happen. Please wear your Class B shirts for this event.
Youth protection training needs to be done by March 31st. Received scouting for food cards. The map is same as last year. Clark invited everyone to Family Fun Fest at the La Crosse Center Feb 24 to promote Scouting. Wear uniforms and there is a rope bridge that Clark said he is going to attempt to cross. Also the inflatable rifle range and various games etc. There is also one in Onalaska at the Civic Center in March. There were mentions of various awards not commonly seen and available to Scouts. Some were the World Conservation Award, William T. Hornaday Awards, and National Outdoor Badge. We also talked about the conservation project requirement for Life rank. Possibly trying to do more of a project that is more meaningful to the Scout and possibly as a group activity. Lastly there is a resource online called BSA TAP (The Adventure Plan). http://www.bsatap.org There is lots of information on planning an adventure before and after the adventure.
